We hope you love your purchase, but if you need to make a return, we’re here to help! Check out the details below to make the process quick and easy.

Return Window

You may return items within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Free Return Shipping: For items valued at $50 or more, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
  • Self-Paid Returns: For items valued at $39.99 or less, you will need to purchase a shipping label from the carrier of your choice.

Return Requirements

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • All original packaging, including box inserts, accessories, and warranty cards, must be included and in undamaged condition.
  • UPC codes must not be removed or cut from the packaging.
  • Items must be securely packed in an outer box or container to prevent damage during shipping.
  • If the product included a free gift, the gift must be returned with the main item. If the free gift is not returned, the value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will receive an email notification when the return is processed.
  • Refunds are typically issued within 3 to 5 business days.
  • It may take 7 to 10 days for the refund to reflect in your account or on your credit card statement.

Holiday Return Policy

We offer an extended return window for the holiday season:

  • Items purchased between November 1, 2025 and December 25, 2025 can be returned until January 31, 2026.
  • All other return conditions still apply.
  • Returned items must reach us by January 31, 2026 to qualify under the holiday return policy.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items:

  • If the package is visibly damaged upon delivery, refuse the shipment and notify us immediately.
  • Claims for missing or damaged items must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Email us at support@smarttektrading.com with your order number and a description of the damage.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final Sale items
  • Items not in their original condition or missing components

Pricing or Website Errors

While we strive for accuracy, mistakes can happen.

  • If a product’s listed price was incorrect and the actual price is higher, we will cancel your order and notify you.
  • For other website errors, we reserve the right to cancel orders on a case-by-case basis. You will be notified of any cancellations.
