Orders

Orders cannot be modified once placed, you can request to cancel/refund your order and re-place it again with the correct item(s) you'd like to order.

Orders are most commonly put on hold due to pending payment verification. Please allow one business day for us to verify your order before reaching out to customer service.

This depends on where your order is being shipped. We are required by law to charge a sales tax for any order shipping to a state that requires it. The exact percentage charged is determined by the state.
Yes, payments on Smarttek are secure. Smarttek uses industry-standard encryption to protect your payment information.
It also complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), ensuring that your credit card and personal information is protected. Additionally, Smarttek provides multiple secure payment options, including Shopify Payments, PayPal, and other trusted third-party payment gateways.
This helps ensure that all transactions are processed safely and securely.
Currently, we only accept one form of payment
Your credit card is pre-authorized for payment when you successfully complete the checkout process. Once your order passes all necessary validations, your card will be processed and charged within 24 hours.
Currently, we do not offer gift card options.
Shipping
No, we currently do not ship internationally and only offer shipping within the contiguous United States.
Shipping takes 3-7 business days...
Unfortunately, we are unable to change the shipping address. However, we can cancel and refund your order, allowing you to place a new one with the correct address. Please contact customer service by calling us at 1.800.362.8702 or emailing support@smarttektrading.com. If your order has already shipped, we will not be able to change the shipping address.
Returns
Most items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Click here to read our full return policy.
To return your item, please reach out to us at support@smarttektrading.com. Be sure to include your order number, and our customer service team will be happy to assist you.
Return shipment fees on items valued over $50 are FREE and the label is provided by Smarttek. To return items valued $39.99 and under you may purchase a shipping label from the carrier of your choice.
You will receive a full refund when you return an item in its original manufacturer’s packaging, undamaged and unmarked. If the item you are returning is priced at less than $35, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please note, shipping charges are non-refundable.
If your order has been noticeably damaged in transit, we strongly recommend that you refuse delivery and notify us immediately so we can file a claim and assist with your return. Please email support@smarttektrading.com with details, including your order number, name, and photo evidence of the damaged item.
